Individual, creative & perfect for special occasions

Our Personalized Cupcakes are the ideal choice if you have a specific design in mind – whether for events, weddings, birthdays, or corporate celebrations.

Choose from three design levels:

1. Simple Design – single-color frosting, optionally with sprinkles. Price: €6 per cupcake

2. Special Design – up to two frosting colors, pearls, or small decorative details. Price: €7.50 per cupcake

3. Elaborate Design – multi-color frosting swirls, artistic motifs, or handcrafted decorations. Price: €10 per cupcake

Each order is lovingly handcrafted and freshly prepared in our Berlin bakery – for cupcakes that impress not only visually but also with their taste.

Order quantity:

Personalized Cupcakes are available starting from 12 pieces.

If, for example, you would like 100 cupcakes, simply select the “20 pieces” option and adjust the quantity in your cart to 5.

For other quantities or very specific requests, please contact us via chat.

Cupcake size: Standard size

Lead Time: Please allow at least 3 to 7 days in advance, depending on the complexity of the design.

For smaller or less elaborate designs, we may be able to prepare your cupcakes sooner upon request.

Allergy Information:

– Depending on your chosen flavor, cupcakes can be made nut-free. However, we do work with nuts in our bakery, so traces cannot be completely ruled out – even though we maintain high hygiene standards and take great care.

Do you also deliver?

Yes! You can choose in the shopping cart whether you would like to pick up your order from us in Kreuzberg or have it delivered conveniently.

Do you also deliver on Sundays?

Yes, we deliver seven days a week – including Sundays.

Do you deliver to the city limits?

Yes, we deliver throughout Berlin – even to the city limits. If our system does not recognize your zip code, write to us in the online shop chat.

How long does the cake last?

Like everything at Barcomi’s, our cakes are made fresh and by hand. Sponge cakes & cupcakes usually last 3 to 5 days after receipt. It's best to enjoy cheesecakes within 2 days.

Would you like an individual cake or cupcakes?

Very gladly!

(Almost) anything is possible with individual cakes. If you have a budget of €250 or more for an individual cake, just send us an email sondertorten@barcomis.de.

We can also make individually designed cupcakes according to your ideas.

The more precisely you describe your wishes to us, the better we can implement them. It's best to send us one or more photos of cakes or cupcakes that you like.
