Switzerland
We have had some negative experiences with shipping to Switzerland in the past, so we no longer directly send packages there.
However, we recommend using "Grenzpaket": https://www.grenzpaket.ch/verzollungen.
We always have customers from Switzerland who order through this company or similar. These companies handle the sometimes complex customs clearance and usually deliver directly to you or allow for pickup at the border.

Return Policy:
We are happy to accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the shipment. This excludes coffee and signed books that Cynthia personalized upon your request.
The direct costs of returning the goods are to be paid by the customer.
