Important note on returned parcels:
If a shipment is returned to us for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrect address, not collected), we charge a return handling fee of €6.00.

If you would like us to recreate and resend the order afterwards, an additional shipping fee of €3.99 will be charged.

Switzerland

In the past, we have unfortunately had some negative experiences with direct shipping to Switzerland, so we are currently not shipping directly to Swiss addresses.

Instead, we recommend using specialised service providers such as “Grenzpaket”:
https://www.grenzpaket.ch/verzollungen

Many of our Swiss customers use this or similar services. These companies handle the often complex customs process and either forward the parcel directly to you or make it available for collection at a pickup point near the border.

Other countries

We are generally happy to ship to other countries as well.

If you would like delivery to a country not listed above, please email us at shop@barcomis.de – we will then check the options and applicable shipping costs for you.

Pickup is free of charge. The exact pickup times can be found during checkout and in your order confirmation.

Uncollected pickup orders (Click & Collect)

For pickup orders, there is a pickup period of 14 days from the selected pickup date.

If the order is not collected within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, we charge a service fee of €5 to cover the administrative and storage effort incurred. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you are unable to collect your order within the pickup period, please contact us in good time – in many cases we can find an individual solution or extend the pickup period.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The following items are excluded:
Perishable goods
Custom-made or personalised items (e.g. cakes with lettering, signed baking books with name)
Coffee
Products marked as “Final Sale”

Please email us at shop@barcomis.de before sending anything back – this helps us plan your return and explain the process.

The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you as the customer.
