Our India Monsooned Espresso Blend has a subtly tangy aroma with a full-bodied flavor and very low acidity.

DESCRIPTION

Historically, when coffee was still transported by sailboats, the journey took several months. During this time, the green beans were exposed to high humidity, causing changes in flavor and color. Consumers grew accustomed to this, so today the coffee is specially processed: the raw beans are exposed to monsoon winds and rain for several weeks ("Monsooning").

This espresso blend consists of Monsooned Malabar Aspinwall, Monsooned Robusta AA (Balehonnur), and Tanzanian (Typica Kilimanjaro).

This espresso is made up of 82% Arabica beans and 18% Robusta beans.

The espresso is sent in a resealable aroma freshness bag.
