Our Barcomi’s House Blend brings together three carefully selected specialty coffees from Brazil, Rwanda, and Colombia.

A Barcomi’s classic for many years, it remains an essential part of the coffee selection at our café in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

DESCRIPTION

Our House Blend is a balanced, mild coffee with delicate acidity, a full body, and a harmonious flavor profile. Notes of chocolate, honey, and brown sugar meet subtle fruity and floral freshness.

This 100% Arabica blend combines three high-quality specialty coffees:

  • 50% Brazil Cemorrado (SCA Score: 83.25 points) – Naturally processed Arabica from the Cerrado and Alta Mogiana regions. Its pleasant sweetness and notes of honey, toffee, brown sugar, and chocolate form the foundation of our House Blend.

  • 30% Rwanda Karambi (SCA Score: 83.00 points) – Washed Red Bourbon from the Nyamasheke region of Rwanda, grown at elevations between 1,650 and 2,000 meters. It adds delicate citrus notes, hints of black tea, and elegant floral freshness to the blend.

  • 20% Colombia Excelso Huila (SCA Score: 83.75 points) – Washed Arabica from Colombia’s Huila region, grown at elevations between 1,300 and 2,100 meters. Its velvety body, balanced acidity, and delicate notes of dark chocolate, citrus, and black tea round out the blend beautifully.

As we carefully select our coffees based on quality and availability, the origins of individual components may vary seasonally. Preserving our signature flavor profile always remains our priority.
