DESCRIPTION

A South American coffee that grows very high, which is why it’s classified as SHG: “Strictly High Grown,” with an altitude of up to 1,600 meters.

The coffee comes from the districts of Matagalpa and Jinotega, where the Fincas San Ramon and San Jose are located.

Very strong due to the Italian roast. The blend consists of Nicaragua (El Capitan), India Parchment AB (Kaima Kadoo), and Brazil Alfenas (Mundo Novo).

This espresso is made up of 82% Arabica beans and 18% Robusta “India Parchment” beans.
