Chocolate cake with mascarpone filling and chocolate butter cream

40 g Backkakao | unsweetened cocoa powder

125 g of brown sugar
50 ml vegetable oil
1 egg | Room temperature
1 Tl vanilla extract
100 g sour cream
100 ml of water

100 g Mascarpone
50 g powdered sugar | sifted
100 ml cream
 
Ingredients | Frosting
100 g of dark chocolate
100 g butter | soft
100 g powdered sugar | sifted
2 Tl Backkakao | sifted
 
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Achieve a baking dish easily. Mix in a medium size bowl of flour, backkakao, soda, baking powder and salt.
 
2. In a large bowl, pour vegetable oil and sugar with the whisk. Add the egg, followed by the vanilla extract and the acidic cream.
 
3. Stir half of the flour mixture under the dough, followed by the water. Now stir in the second half of the flour mixture. Stir only until the dough comes together.
 
4. Distribute the dough evenly into the baking dish. Bake 32 to 34 minutes until the floor jumps back to the button! Allow the bottom to cool in the baking mold for 10 minutes, then release from the baking pan and place on a grating to completely cool it.
 
5. For the filling (get from me): with a food processor or a hand mixer, mascarpone with powdered sugar hoped vigorously. Add the cream and continue until the mass is light and fluffy!
 
6. For the frosting (also get from me): Melt the dark chocolate and cool shortly. With a food processor or a hand mixer, the butter with the powdered sugar heavily. With a rubber sink, the molten dark bitter chocolate thoroughly stir. The backkakao on the mass seven and stir.
 
7. To assemble the cake: smooth the rounding of the bood with a sawmaster. Halve the floor horizontally now. Place the upper part of the floor with the cut side on the cake plate. Spread the floor with the filling, drain the second half of the floor.
 
8. Place the cake all around with frosting, fill the remaining frosting into a piping bag and squirt onto the top or just apply frosting with a palette or a knife to the cake. Decorate with pearls and enjoy!
