The iconic New York-style cheesecake: a crunchy cookie crust, rich and creamy cream cheese filling, and a smooth sour cream glaze. This is our original recipe – unchanged and loved since Barcomi’s first opened in 1994.
Size: 23 cm diameter – serves 10 to 14 people
Height: approx. 3 cm
