This Indian Monsooned Malabar coffee of the "Aspinwall" variety has a subtly tangy aroma with a full-bodied flavor and very low acidity.

DESCRIPTION

This particular Monsooned Malabar bean is the "Aspinwall" bean.

Historically, when coffee was still transported by sailboat, the journey took several months. During this time, the green beans were exposed to high humidity, causing changes in flavor and color. Consumers grew accustomed to this process, so today the coffee is specially processed: the raw beans are exposed to monsoon winds and rain for several weeks ("Monsooning").

The 100% Arabica coffee is sent in a resealable aroma freshness bag.
