Personalized, unique & perfect for special occasions

Our photo cupcakes are a fantastic choice for corporate events, product launches, celebrations, or private occasions with a personal touch. Your desired image – such as a logo or photo – is printed on edible paper and placed on top of each cupcake.

Each order is carefully handcrafted and freshly made in our Berlin bakery – delivering a result that’s both visually impressive and delicious to enjoy.

Minimum Quantity Note:

One edible print sheet yields 18 toppers – so the minimum order quantity for these cupcakes is 18 pieces.

After that, quantities are available in multiples of 12 (e.g. 24, 36, 48 cupcakes, etc.). Need a different amount? Just reach out to us via chat and we’ll see what’s possible.

Cupcake Size: Standard-sized cupcakes with a round topper (diameter approx. 5 cm)

Lead Time: Please order at least 7 days in advance.

Allergy Information:

– Depending on your chosen flavor, cupcakes can be made nut-free. However, we do work with nuts in our bakery, so traces cannot be completely ruled out – even though we maintain high hygiene standards and take great care.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! In your shopping cart, you can choose whether you would like to pick up your order from our Kreuzberg location or have it conveniently delivered.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Yes, we deliver seven days a week, including Sundays.

Do you deliver to the Berlin city limits?

Yes, we deliver throughout Berlin, including areas close to the city limits. If our system does not recognise your postcode, please contact us via the online shop chat.

How long will the cake keep?

Like everything at Barcomi’s, our cakes are freshly made by hand. Sponge cakes and cupcakes will generally keep for 3 to 5 days after delivery or pickup. Cheesecakes are best enjoyed within 2 days.
