This requires the eternally popular Cosmopolitan cocktail to new altitude flights. He will remember your guests forever.
For 10 glasses
300 ml Cointreau or Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
300 ml Cranberrysaft
125 ml freshly pressed lime juice
1 l of ice-cold champagne or Prosecco
2 tablespoons finest sugar | If you like it a little sweet
To garnish fresh or frozen raspberries or fresh mint leaves
1. Mix all ingredients except for the champagne and place it covered 2 to 6 hours cold.
2. Shortly before serving the mixture spread to 10 champagne flutes, fill the glasses with champagne and decorate.
