Have you been looking for the perfect Tarte Tatin pan? One that has great heat distribution and can caramelize the fruit on the stove after baking? Then you've found it!

The Cynthia Barcomi Kitchenware Tarte Tatin pan, handmade in England from our signature anodized aluminium, can be used to prepare this popular French dessert in the traditional way.

The unique combination of extra material thickness and excellent heat distribution allows the fruit to be caramelized in the pan on the stove, eliminating the need for an additional pan.

The wide rim makes it easy to turn out the tart.

MATERIAL

Thanks to its high conductivity, the material guarantees optimum and rapid heat and cold distribution. This means, for example, that baked goods can be frozen in the baking pan and defrosted again without any problems.

You can cut on the baking pan. A knife may leave slight marks, but these will not damage the function of the baking pan.

The stainless, anodized aluminium offers exceptional non-stick properties without being coated.

To anodize aluminium baking pans, they are placed in an electrolytic bath and anodized by a current flow. This creates an oxide surface that protects the metal core and allows it to perform optimally.

ABOUT OUR MANUFACTURER

Almost all of our baking pans are made by hand in England. A special partner with whom we have been working since our foundation in 2009.

However, there was a change of ownership at our manufacturer in England before the pandemic. Covid came shortly afterwards, bringing production to a complete standstill for around 4 months. Subsequently, due to strict corona rules in the workplace, production could only continue with minimal staffing.

Brexit made it much more difficult to procure materials on the global market and caused long waiting times.

Our UK manufacturer is finally able to resume production and we can finally offer our entire range again.

Quality is our top priority.

Because a Cynthia Barcomi Kitchenware baking pan should be the last baking pan you ever buy.
