DESCRIPTION

The Sumatra has a strong boldness and an exotic aroma. It is one of the most famous coffees in the world. Sumatra’s “body” is extremely full, and its acidity – typically – is only subtly present.

The “semi-washed” processing method is often employed due to water scarcity, combining the characteristics of both washed and dry-processed beans in terms of flavor.

On one hand, the Sumatra exhibits a fine acidity similar to “washed coffee.” On the other hand, it shows sweetness and body characteristics similar to naturally “natural” processed beans.
