Theme this time: raspberry chocolate ganache pie & scones
For the cake you need round bakeware: either 2 x with 23 cm diameter or 2 x with 15 cm diameter. You get a recipe that is designed once for the greater size and once for the smaller size.
In a live baking show you do with cynthia a wonderful chocolate cake with a ganache - decorated with sugared roses - as well as great scones.
All at home at Cynthia in the kitchen - accompanied with a professional camera guide.
You get the recipes in advance so you can bake / cook in parallel with cynthia if you want.
