DESCRIPTION
Colombian decaffeinated coffee and espresso with hearty acidity.
How is our coffee decaffeinated?
In the CO2 method: The raw coffee is first moistened with water and then contacted in a container with pressurized, liquid carbon dioxide (under very stringent conditions). While the CO2 moves through the coffee, it pulls the caffeine from the bean. In a evaporator, the caffeine falls from the carbon dioxide, then the CO2 can be returned to the container for a new round until the desired residual amount of caffeine is reached. Then the circulation is stopped, the coffee gently dried until he reached its original moisture content again.
Unfortunately, the coffee loses a lot of its original aromas through this processing. Nevertheless, our specialty groaster will succeed over a long-range process, which the bean treats as much as possible as possible, as much of the remaining aromas to be maintained or 'new' to activate, so that at the end, a more enjoyable, digestible, decaffeinated roasted coffee produces.

How do I best store my coffee?
Coffee beans are a pure natural product. In case of correct storage, the beans will not be bad for themselves. They just lose to aroma.
We recommend consuming the beans in 12 months (aroma coffee) or 18 months (espresso / coffee).
How do I best keep the beans?
You can keep the beans further in the bag, but the bag has the Zipp lock. Thus, the coffee stays fresh.
Please keep dry, dark and cool. But not in the fridge!
