DESCRIPTION

This specialty coffee is distinguished by its fruity, delicately bitter richness. Spicy and fruity acidity defines our Sidamo coffee, with its character preserved through a very short roasting time.

Ethiopia, the undisputed birthplace of coffee, is home to Sidamo, named after its growing region located north of Yirgacheffe. The Grade 2 designation reflects its quality level, and the coffee has been wet-processed.

We recommend preparing it as an espresso or using a manual pour-over method.
